Getting Serious

I have been doing CrossFit workouts for the past year and a half, with varying degrees of dedication. For some time, the dedication has been lacking. Time to get serious.

Do you need a kick in the rear? Just remember that the more fit you are, the easier it is to take care of that big garden. ;-)

So true, Chile! I'm certainly much stronger and more fit than this time last year. CrossFit has increased my endurance like no other exercise program. I want to get stronger and more fit. So, please kick at will. :)
